Mr snow producer, thou holy one, my redeemer. Let me tell y’all what I learned about God today.
The more Christ like we become, the God-like we become and while we always strive for his great love, great grace, great mercy, in the bypass we sometimes inherit his great anger. Job 4:9 “By the breath of God they perish, And by the blast of His anger they come to an end.
And while anger is never ever ours – for vengeance is not ours but the Lord, for anger corrupts but love sets free. In our anger we are often charged with rage, to destroy, to decimate. And God said, if you can withstand your anger, you can alike me inherit my great forgiveness.
Ecclesiastes 7:9 (KJV) Be not hasty in thy spirit to be angry: for anger resteth in the bosom of fools.
But God’s forgiveness is not the forgiveness of man which when applied breaks even with the trespasser and offers nothing more, God forgives and blesses us beyond comprehension. That is the difference between God and man.
So, when enemies trespass against us, seeking to devour those and those we love. If we can forgive like Christ, God blesses us overwhelmingly. Rather than cursing my enemy as I originally commanded, I asked for God to pardon my enemy and God responded with his infinite Solomon like wisdom. (Solomon pre-Egyptian wives).
But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you Matthew 5:44
When my enemy set to devour God placed a protection around me and heightened the blessing the enemy set to destroy. Woe unto those that become examples – glory unto God that allow us to become exemplified.
